  • Design and write clear, effective test cases for assigned features.
  • Perform manual testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs or issues to the Development team.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and product quality.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns.
  • Design, manage, and maintain the brand’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Track and analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness against KPIs and ROI.
  • Conduct market and keyword research to refine targeting and improve content relevance.
  • Coordinate with content creators to produce blog articles, landing pages, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze customer insights and digital behavior to enhance the user journey and engagement across digital touchpoints.
  • Propose and execute innovative strategies to drive brand growth and performance.
  • Maintain and regularly update website content (basic knowledge of WordPress is an advantage).
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and website content updates is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
