  • Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.

  • Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including closing deals and demonstrating sales success.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in hotel sales is a plus.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English.

  • Ability to travel to meet clients in other provinces or as assigned by the company.

  • Enthusiastic and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, and CRM is an advantage.

  • Thai nationality.

  • A valid driver's license is required.

  • Source Control Systems

  • Provide administrative support to the hotel clients.
  • Setup and provide training to new and existing hotel clients on how to use our extranet of in-house products.
  • Maintain relationships to hotel team and coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned projects.
  • Handle all incoming issues, complaints and resolve.
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of assigned projects.
  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
  • Prepare reports as and when necessary.
  • Respond to inquiries received via e-mail, facebook chat and telephone regarding hotel bookings.
  • Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
  • Process online bookings for customers when they are book thru the website, or in the event that a booking was not successfully processed online.
  • Processes cancellations / modifications and promptly relays this information to customers.
  • Provide procedure and/or system advice to customers when needed.
  • Readiness to travel upcountry (Infrequently)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
  • Be able to work under high pressure.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • Knowledge in hotel and hospitality will be a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team.
